With a wealth of experience leading projects across various scales, Larry combines his creative expertise, interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail. As a leader, he takes personal charge of overseeing every project and forging meaningful and effective connections with clients, contractors, real estate brokers, and project partners.
Larry thrives on a balanced portfolio encompassing both residential and commercial projects. In prior practice at large firms he managed large-scale commercial new construction and interior design projects. Since then, Larry has successfully designed over 60 residential projects, finding fulfillment in their intimate and personal nature. The incorporation of advanced digital software enables the provision of three-dimensional visualizations, setting the firm apart from many residential competitors.
Since joining Larry in 2013, Neil has created thoughtful, practical designs for residential and commercial projects, coupled with his extensive experience in managing both. His work at other firms as a design lead includes award-winning projects in workplace environments, educational facilities, K-12 schools, and healthcare buildings.
Neil views the design process as dynamic and evolving, demonstrating adaptability through every stage. From conceptual development and cost modeling to permit approvals, construction documentation, and the building phase, Neil embraces challenges and opportunities as they arise, adding value at every step. His leadership on complex projects highlights his collaborative approach, emphasizing careful planning and continuous progress monitoring to maintain efficient workflows suitable for projects of any scale. By fostering close coordination between clients and project teams, Neil streamlines and facilitates planning and execution.
