Consolidating GI Partners’ two existing locations into one new one required integrating new enclosed offices, open office workstations, and support functions onto an entire floor that had previously been built for another tenant.  Since many of the existing elements within the suite were worth preserving, the new elements needed to be seamlessly added through precise demolition and new construction in selected locations.  New flooring finishes and paint were then added throughout the floor to create a finished tenant suite where new and existing construction were indistinguishable from one another.
