Occupying the entire 9th floor of the historic Oakland Tribune Tower, the tenant improvement demolished most of the existing walls that had been blocking spectacular views of San Francisco Bay and the Oakland skyline and hills beyond and replaced them with glass partitions, organized to allow for productive work flow and an attractive and desirable office environment.
