BEFORE

A fire ravaged the entirety of this house, leaving only the foundation and framing as salvageable.  The ensuing renovation included replacing the roof and exterior stucco siding, all of the doors, windows, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, appliances, finishes and almost all of the stairs and cabinetry.  In the process, the location of the living and dining rooms was switched and the new kitchen was opened up to the new living room.  The lower level was also rebuilt to contain a family room, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry room and exterior awnings were placed above selected windows to give the exterior more depth and character.
