With a desire to present a progressive image to customers and create a productive and attractive work environment, a complete renovation of the building interior, exterior, and site was undertaken.  This involved demolition of the existing office mezzanine, creating new floor-to-roof reception, open office, and break areas with skylights, a mezzanine conference room, and private management offices.
